Our Conference Room is fully furnished with a sturdy conference table and seating for 12 guests. With access to Wired/Wifi Internet, printer/scanner/copier as well as a projector and white board, the Sybil Conference Room is a perfect space to host your meeting or event.
We are pleased with our private office at the long-term rental space at Sybil Property. We have been with Sybil since 2021 and appreciate the private and unlimited access to meet with our clients in a confidential and secure space. The office is spacious enough to conduct our business. The waiting area outside our office is great for our guests to have a comfortable place to sit and read before they meet with us.
My company wanted me to have the ability to work close to home and we were fortunate to find Sybil Business Suite. We rented a private office at a great rate and we were able to move my office from my home to the space the same day. High-speed internet was available immediately which enabled the IT team at my company to get me up and rolling without missing too much time from my daily workload. Yes! 48-hour notice will need to be given to the Concierge desk with your guest’s name and identification so that they can be added to our guest list.
Having a professional place to meet with clients is imperative and something the Sybil Property Co-Work & Business Center offers our members through our Conference Rental Space option, available at hourly and daily rates. Our conference room is equipped with a White-Board, Telephone, Projector, WiFi Printers/FAX/Scanner and Video Conference. If you are in need of additional type of equipment, let us know!
Our space operates on the idea of a collaborative co-working environment and mutual respect. However, if your conversation turns loud or personal in nature, feel free to step outside while taking in the views of beautiful Lake Gleneida.
When you decide to become a member, you will set up an account with us in which you can pay via credit card, PayPal subscription or ACH deposit from Checkbook.io. All monthly fees are due on the first of the month, however, if you opt for a PayPal subscription, then dues are owed 30 days from your specific subscription date.

No, but we’ve priced our rates super low to be affordable to all.
Not at all! We operate on a rolling schedule so the first day you start is the first day of your billing month.
The Sybil Property Co-Work Center offers members its spaces on a monthly basis and does not grant refunds for unused days. In addition, unused days cannot be rolled over into the following month or transferred to another member. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all reserved time slots (conference room, private offices, and hot desks). Please note that if you make a full-payment and find that you are unable to show up for your reservation, a 50% refund will be offered for the reserved time (minus a 3.5% processing fee if paid by credit/debit card).
We hope that never happens but if you have to go, just let us know at least 5 days prior to your next invoice date.
We like to have 5 business day notice to setup your account and work area, provide you access to the building, and resolve any logistical requirements.

Yes, you can! We also offer a directory listing on the premises.
Mail will be delivered to the Concierge desk for everyone except those who choose to lease a private mailbox (located at the south entrance of the building). Keys will be given for privately leased mailboxes.
